I am a “Senior” Landscape Architect who decided to build a website for my cookbook, A Louisiana Architect Specifies Food™.

I am not a web designer. I built this site with the help of Grok. Without that assistance, completing it would have been impossible. Say what you will about AI — it does come in handy. More than 200 questions answered with speedy replies. Grok isn’t always right, so you still have to stay alert enough to know the difference.

What you see here is the result of many hours of trial, error, and steady progress — one page, one decision, and one correction at a time. A true collaboration that continues every week as we make the site better.

The site will keep growing as the Codex grows. New recipes, change orders, addendums, and the occasional story from the kitchen and the drafting table will appear here as they are ready.
