Sales of the book is brisker than I expected. 60 in just over a week. All word of mouth or coercion. Many of my friends tell me that they have stopped cooking and the book would be of no use to them. I reply “BALDERDASH!” This is one hell-of-a-cookbook that is not only informative it is entertaining. A GREAT gift for any occasion for someone who does cook. At 3 books for $100, cash and carry, it is truly an unbeatable value.

Shipping was a challenge. I’ve discovered Click & Ship with the USPS. More reasonable. To date I’ve shipped to Tennessee, Arkansas, Texas, Kentucky and Nevada.

My first Pick Me™ winner has been chosen. The recipe will be available on September 1, 2026.

The first Change Order has been done. An omission of rice in the Schedule of Materials and the first Addendum is ready for September 1, 2026. Chicken Cacciatore.
